• Maintaining full sets of accounts (e.g. AR/AP/GL/Bank Recon/Fixed Asset registration)

Responsibilities
• Be the subject matter expert with the system's functionality and usage, guide each business department in using the system, and support each business department's daily operations at the system (functional) level.
• Be responsible for the retail outlet's software configuration, troubleshooting software failures in a timely manner, and ensuring store functioning and business operations.
• Assist each department in conducting data statistics and analysis, gathering feedback and opinions from each department, communicating with the system provider via project management method, and ensuring the seamless implementation of each project.

Requirements
• You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role. And preferably with experience in implementing or working with AI solutions.
